Registration & Payment Information
Extended Care and Extracurricular Activities
Participation in extracurricular activities requires enrollment in the Extended Care Program. Students may arrive as early as 7:30 AM for morning activities or stay until 5:30 PM for afternoon activities. They may also be picked up at any time during Extended Care.
If your child is enrolled in an extracurricular activity, you do not need to register them separately for Extended Care on the day of the class. We will automatically enroll them for the appropriate Extended Care session.
Extracurricular Fees & Payment Information
The class fee is in addition to the Extended Care fee. Please visit our Extended Care page for information about fees, schedules, and registration.
Please do not send payment to the school when you register. You will be billed later. For some activities (such as chess, soccer, and music lessons), payment must be made in advance through the provider's website.
Invoices are issued at the end of each month. Payments may be made through your JMC Parent Portal, by cash, or by check at the school office.
Please note that registration is final after September 4. If you withdraw after this date, your registration fee is non-refundable.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement
If the minimum number of children don’t sign up for a class, we will have to cancel the class. We’ll contact you via email if that happens.
Extended Care Program Policies
Please remind your students that behavior expectations for Extended Care and Enrichment are the same as they are in the classroom.
The extended care program is a program of Notre École, all Notre École policies and procedures apply to the extended care program. Parents may refer to the school handbook and policies.
The extended care program will take appropriate disciplinary action when students fail to adhere to policy.
Notre École retains the right to refuse, suspend, or dismiss a child immediately if deemed necessary by the extended care program coordinator or Notre École’s co-coordinators.
Notre École's extended care program uses the take-a-break method. If a student needs to take a break from the group, the parents will be notified at pick up. The slips will also be recorded and could be used when deciding if the student needs to be removed from the program.
If a student becomes a physical danger to themselves or other students, they will be asked to be dismissed from the program for a time deemed appropriate by the extended care program coordinator.
If a student is being physical or having a breakdown, parents will be called to pick them up immediately.
