Any adult picking up a student from Notre École must present a valid photo ID. In addition, you may use this form to share the names of the adults who restricted from picking up your child.

Restricted Release

List anyone whom you do not authorize to pick up your child from school. If listing legal parents/guardians, you must submit legal documentation confirming the restriction. The school does not have the authority to refuse the release of a student to a legal parent or guardian without having official legal documentation on file. Share first name, last name and relationship to student.
